Its a race to the other end of the Board. The one with the most cupcakes left is the winner. When a cupcake is jumped it is consumed by the jumper. Game ends when all the cupcakes of one player reach the other side of the board, or if it becomes a stale mate and one can no longer move, the person with the most cupcakes left is the winner.
